Design Department
Based on parts drawings or technical specifications provided by clients or information provided by the Engineering and Sales Department, CAD/CAM data are created. Though designs are newly developed, we are trying to reduce lead-time by using manuals and going paper-less, incorporating the original ideas in the design aiming at the production efficiency and upgrading of quality.
Manufacturing Department
The latest equipment such as machining centers and electric discharge machines, coupled with our accurate manufacturing and assembling skills produce high precision molds. Each mold part is meticulously measured and injection molding for trial prototype products is also done here.
